En suite room, clean and ideal place, superfriendly staff. Particularly good location in a nice neighborhood and relatively quiet area. Easy walk to a filled park. Awesome food in the fast food restaurant. What a very pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble.

the hotel was ideal, clean and with quiet atmosphere, i greatly enjoyed the marvellous location very close to a metro station. location: the property was not far from shopping mall, very good connections from place d'italie metro stop, and the metro, shops, cafes.

Truly enjoyed newly remodelled rooms.

Everything was great, we felt safe and secure. The location was perfect and excellent, close to a subway station. The fast food restaurant served plenty of cheap food. It was as expected, had a very good stay for a night.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the room had soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Some of the front desk staff had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging. The shower floor was quite slippery, posing a potential safety hazard.

The rooms were recently renovated overall. The location was comfortable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Dudule.

Well, it was a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. The location was particularly good, the staff was superfriendly! I liked quick meals at Kfc located 500 metres away.

The staff was very nice and polite, the accommodation was perfect and clean. The location of the property was great, very close to the metro station. Further, it was not far from a mall and the metro, Gare de Lyon, and 2nd time Paris tourists would want to see. The hotel met the demands.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

Good location, close to shopping mall, food street, and metro station. Clean rooms and functioning elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Little noise from the road when windows are closed. Strong wifi connection. Great view from some rooms. Taxi service available.

-The hotel is located 3mins from Place DItalie metro station. - The neighbourhood is quite safe,pleasant and quiet. - Good restaurants and bakeries around.

- The noise from the road if your room is facing the road. This was not a problem for us as the weather was quite cool during the nights when we were there. We could close the window at night to shelter most of the noise. However if you have one of those hot sticky summer nights, it could be uncomfortable for those light sleepers as you will have to keep the windows open. There was also a fan in the room but we did not use it during our stay.

When you compare with the price you pay, it is very good hotel. It is not very central loacation but very easy to access everywhere with the metro which is located just 2 min. walking distance.
